REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Program Enrollment
By enrolling in the Celebrity Brand Authority System (CBAS), the customer agrees to the program terms, payment terms, and refund and cancellation policy.
2. Cancellation Before Access
A customer may request cancellation before access to the training program, course materials, community, mentorship, or other program resources has been provided.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through our official email or designated communication channel before program access is granted.
3. No Refund After Access
Once access to CBAS has been provided, the program fee is non-refundable, subject to applicable law.
Access includes, but is not limited to:
* Training/course materials
* Recorded sessions
* Live training or mentorship sessions
* Learnyst course access
* WhatsApp community/support access
* Templates and resources
* SOPs
* AI workflows
* Other digital or educational resources included in the program
4. Non-Participation
A refund will not be provided because a student:
* Does not attend sessions
* Does not watch the training
* Does not complete assignments
* Does not participate in the community
* Does not implement the strategies
* Changes their mind after receiving access
* Has personal scheduling difficulties
5. Business Results
CBAS is an educational and mentorship program. We do not guarantee specific:
* Bridal enquiries
* Leads
* Bookings
* Revenue or income
* Followers
* Reach or engagement
* Collaborations
* Media features
* Business growth
Individual results depend on implementation, consistency, market conditions, location, pricing, audience, existing business position, and other factors.
Failure to achieve a particular business result does not by itself qualify for a refund.
6. Cancellation Request Process
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing before program access is provided.
The request should include:
* Full name
* Registered email address
* Phone number
* Date of enrollment
* Reason for cancellation
7. Refund Processing
If a cancellation is approved before access is provided, any applicable refund will be processed through the original payment method, subject to applicable payment-processing requirements.
8. Acceptance
By completing enrollment and payment, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
