1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW
Celebrity Brand Authority System (CBAS) is a 90-day online professional education and mentorship program provided by The Skills Track.
The program is designed for professional makeup artists, makeup educators, makeup academy owners and beauty professionals who want to develop their personal brand, content creation skills, digital marketing knowledge, lead-generation skills and business systems.
2. ENROLLMENT
By completing the enrollment process and making payment, the customer confirms that they have reviewed the program details, deliverables, payment terms and applicable policies and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Before program access is provided, customers may receive a 1:1 consultation through Zoom where the program structure, deliverables and relevant terms are explained.
3. PROGRAM ACCESS
After successful enrollment and completion of the required formalities, the customer's account may be created on Learnyst, where the training content is hosted.
Students may access the course through the Learnyst platform/application using their registered account.
Program access may include recorded training sessions, educational resources, templates, assignments, mentorship, community support and other resources specified as part of the customer's enrollment.
4. PROGRAM DURATION
The standard CBAS program duration is 90 days from the date of program activation/access, unless otherwise communicated in writing.
5. MENTORSHIP & SUPPORT
Students may receive mentorship, guidance, feedback and implementation support through the designated communication channels, including the applicable WhatsApp group and scheduled sessions.
The level and format of support are based on the specific program structure communicated at the time of enrollment.
6. STUDENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Students are responsible for:
- Attending or watching the available training sessions
- Completing practical assignments
- Implementing the strategies taught
- Participating in the applicable community/support channels
- Providing accurate information during enrollment
- Maintaining respectful communication with mentors, team members and other students
The program is designed to support implementation, but individual outcomes depend on the student's own actions and circumstances.
7. NO GUARANTEE OF RESULTS\
The Skills Track does not guarantee specific business or financial results.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Specific number of leads
- Bridal enquiries
- Client bookings
- Revenue or income
- Followers
- Reach or engagement
- Collaborations
- Media features
- Celebrity associations
- Business growth
Results vary based on individual implementation, consistency, market conditions, location, pricing, audience, existing business position, offer, content quality and other factors.
8. PAYMENT TERMS
The customer agrees to pay the applicable program fee communicated at the time of enrollment.
For installment or EMI arrangements, the customer remains responsible for completing the applicable payment obligations according to the agreed payment arrangement.
9. REFUND & CANCELLATION
Cancellation requests may be made before training or program access is provided.
Once access to the program, training materials, community, mentorship or other program resources has been provided, the program fee is non-refundable, subject to applicable law.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All course materials, videos, documents, templates, frameworks, SOPs, recordings and other educational resources provided by The Skills Track are intended for the enrolled student's personal educational use.
Students may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, publish, share, upload, sublicense or commercially distribute the program materials without prior written permission.
11. ACCOUNT & ACCESS SECURITY
Program access is provided to the enrolled customer and should not be shared with another person.
Students are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
Unauthorized sharing of account credentials or program materials may result in suspension or termination of access, subject to applicable terms and law.
12. COMMUNITY CONDUCT
Students are expected to maintain professional and respectful behaviour in WhatsApp groups, live sessions and other program communities.
Harassment, abusive behaviour, unauthorized promotion, spam, sharing of other students' private information or misuse of the community may result in removal from the community or restriction of access.
13. THIRD-PARTY PLATFORMS
Certain program services may use third-party platforms such as Learnyst, Zoom, WhatsApp and other software tools.
Availability and technical performance of third-party platforms may be subject to their respective terms, policies and technical limitations.
14. CHANGES TO PROGRAM
The Skills Track may reasonably modify the sequence, format, schedule, tools or delivery method of educational content where necessary to improve the program or account for operational or technology changes.
Any material change affecting the core nature of the purchased service will be communicated appropriately.
15. CONFIDENTIALITY & PRIVACY
Customer information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Students should not share confidential information, private conversations, personal information or proprietary material belonging to other students or The Skills Track.
16. TERMINATION OR SUSPENSION
The Skills Track may restrict or suspend access in cases involving unauthorized sharing of program content, serious misconduct, payment issues, fraudulent activity or material violation of these Terms & Conditions, subject to applicable law.
